How it works and how pricing works
We price what you get, not the hours it takes. Before we start you receive a written quote that says what will be delivered, how many rounds of changes are included, and when it will be ready. No surprises, and no meter running in the background.
What we make
- Logos and branding: a logo, colours, fonts and a simple brand guide.
- Graphics: new or refreshed images for your website, banners and social posts.
- Leaflets and flyers: designed to match your website, supplied as print-ready PDFs. You take the file to the printer of your choice. We don't print or post them.
- Animation: for example an animated logo or an animated graphic.
- Product videos: short promotional videos for your products, mostly AI-generated and clearly described as such. If we need to edit your own footage, we'll tell you in the quote.
We don't offer photography.
How a project works
- Free chat. You tell us what you need and who it's for.
- Written brief and quote. A one-page summary of what we'll make, the style, the file formats and the deadline, plus the price. Nothing starts until you've agreed to it.
- Deposit. A deposit (usually half) books your slot and starts the work.
- First draft. We send the first version.
- Your feedback. You send one combined list of changes.
- Revisions. We update the work, up to the number of rounds in your quote.
- Approval and final files. Once you approve and the balance is paid, you receive the final files.
Rounds of changes
Every quote includes a set number of rounds of changes, so you know in advance how much room you have to refine the work. Typically:

Your quote shows the exact number for your project.
What counts as a round
A round is one combined set of changes from one person who speaks for your business. Please gather everyone's comments first and send them together. Feedback that arrives in pieces over several days uses up more than one round.
How to get the most out of your rounds
- Tell us in the brief what you like and don't like. Examples help a lot.
- Decide who has the final say before we begin.
- Make big decisions (style, message, colours) at the start, and small details in the rounds.
- Reply within 7 days. If we haven't heard from you by then, we'll pause the project and book it back in when you're ready.
If you want more
- Extra rounds. We'll tell you the cost before doing the extra work, so you decide.
- A change of direction. If, after approving a draft, you'd like a completely different style, idea or message, we treat that as a new piece of work and quote it separately.
- Extra items. More graphics, another leaflet or a second video are quoted as add-ons.
Packages and monthly support
- Launch pack. A bundle for a new website or product, for example a logo refresh, a leaflet and a promo video, at one agreed price.
- Monthly design hours. If you have small jobs coming up regularly, agree a set number of design hours each month. You know the cost in advance, and we work through your requests in the order they arrive. Unused hours don't carry over.
Payment
A deposit (usually half) starts the work. The balance is due before we release the final files. You'll receive an invoice for each payment, and prices are agreed in your written quote.
Who owns the work
When the final payment is made, you own the finished work we deliver to you. We keep the right to show it in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Please tell us if you supply anything (logos, photos, footage, text) so we can check it is yours to use. For AI-generated videos and images, the quote will explain how the finished work can be used.

How much will it cost?
It depends on what you need. Tell us about your project and we'll send a written quote, usually within one working day.
Can I see a draft before I pay in full?
Yes. You see the first draft after the deposit, and the balance is due when you're happy and ready for final files.
What if I'm still not happy after all the rounds?
We'll talk it through. You can add extra rounds, or we can stop and you pay for the work done so far.
Can you print the leaflets?
We supply print-ready PDFs. Any local or online printer can use them.
Do you film videos?
No. We create product videos with AI tools, and can edit your own footage if absolutely needed.
How long does it take?
Your quote includes a delivery date. Timelines depend on the project and on how quickly feedback comes back.
