These terms cover your use of digital-tek.co.uk. Work we do for you is covered by the written quote you accept, which sets out what we will deliver, the price, the number of rounds of changes and the timetable.
This website
- The information on this site is general. It is not a quote or an offer until we send you one in writing.
- The text, design and logo on this site belong to Digital-tek. Please ask before copying them.
- We try to keep the site accurate and available but cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.
- Links to other websites, including CommerceForce at commerceforce.uk, are provided for convenience. Their owners are responsible for their content.
Our services
- Every project starts with a free chat and a written quote. Nothing starts until you accept it.
- For Design & Creative work, the process, rounds of changes, payment and ownership are explained in how it works. The quote is the final word if the two differ.
- Videos and some images we produce are made with AI tools and are labelled as such. Your quote explains how the finished work can be used.
- You promise that anything you give us (logos, text, photos, footage) is yours to use.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless you are a consumer with rights to use the courts where you live.
